To provide the Service, we collect:

• Account details — phone number, name, email (optional), and profile details you choose to add.
• Location — your approximate or precise location, used to match jobs to nearby workers and show distance. Workers can toggle their availability/location sharing off at any time.
• Identity verification data — documents and information submitted during Worker identity verification.
• Job and review data — jobs posted or accepted, messages between Provider and Worker, and reviews given or received.
• Device data — basic device/app information and a push notification token, used to deliver job alerts.

• To match jobs with nearby, eligible workers in real time.
• To verify identity before a worker can accept jobs.
• To confirm job start/completion via one-time codes.
• To compute ratings and show review history.
• To send job-related notifications (new offers, status updates).
• To detect abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service.

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your identity verification documents with other users — only a verified/unverified status is shown. Payment between Provider and Worker is arranged directly between them; we don't collect or store payment card details.

A Provider can see a Worker's name, photo, skills, verification status, rating, and approximate distance. A Worker can see a Provider's name, photo, company details (if added), and rating. Exact phone numbers are not shown to the other party outside of what's needed to complete a job.

We retain account and job history data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after deletion to resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. You can request deletion of your account at any time.

You can access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You can also update most profile and location settings directly in the app.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage of sensitive credentials and access controls on verification documents. No system is perfectly secure, and we encourage you to report any concerns to us directly.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means.
